DetourGuide.com ("web site") is for advertising purposes only. The intent of the service is to provide property owners a means of marketing and advertising their real property for short-term. The owners and officers of the web site, Leinsternet Ltd. ("LL") and DetourGuide.com (“DG”) provide marketing and advertising for property owner listed properties and local businesses only. LL and DG are not involved in the transaction between property owner and renter. LL and DG are not real estate brokers or agents for either party involved in a transaction that takes place due to their marketing efforts. Property owners and renters should arrange for their own short term rental contract according to the terms agreed upon by those two parties.
Property information appearing on the DG website conveys information submitted by the property owner, or licenced agent for that property owner. It is assumed that the property owner owns the property and that the property owner is offering their property for rent on a short term basis. LL and DG offer no guarantee regarding the accuracy of information posted on the DG website. While LL and DG will not publish any information known to be false or misleading, it is the responsibility of the property owner to provide accurate information and the renter to verify that information. If there are any corrections to be made regarding the listed property the property owner will submit these corrections to LL and DG and the corrections will be made within a reasonable period of time.
Once the agreement is executed, all sales are final and that there are no refunds permitted but the property owner may elect to remove the listing from the DG website at no additional charge. All cancellations of the advertising subscription must be received no less than 7 days before the end of the billing period.
The property owner understands that LL and DG are making no representations, guarantees or warranties about the persons who make enquiries about renting the property owner's property. It is each property owner's responsibility to contract with the short term renter on terms that are agreeable with both parties. In partial consideration of having their property listed on the DG website, the property owner agrees that they will indemnify and defend the owners and managers of LL and DG their employees and agents harmless from all damages, losses, liabilities and expenses whatsoever including, but not limited to, solicitor / legal fees and losses resulting from the acceptance of any advertisement arising either directly or indirectly from the publication of any advertisement.
