Our B & B is a small family run Bungalow situated on the N21 (main road) on the outskirts of Newcastle West, very easy to find us. Comfortable Bedrooms with T.V. Nice garden at the front and rear of house. Plenty of parking space at the rear or the front of house. On arrival you will be greeted by the hostess - Nuala, and offered a welcoming cup of Tea or Coffee. Every effort will be made to make your stay at Shanagarry as comfortable & relaxing as possible. It is an ideal stop-over on your way to Kerry, Cork, or whilst touring the Shannon region.

The Ideal Base for Touring Clare, Limerick, Kerry and Cork. Located within Newcastle West and its environs are the Desmond Banqueting Hall,the beautiful Demesne, Glenquin Castle, Barnagh Tunnel with its spectacular tunnel and views, Barnagh Landscaped Gardens. The River Arra - Newcastle West\\\'s main river - it being a tributary of the River Deel has a good stock of Salmon and Trout. It is known to be one of the best Trout rivers for fishing in Ireland. Fishing permits available for tourists.
