With Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy in FIFE on its doorstep Hollytree B&B enjoys the tranquility of a country village.

Easy to find we are only 1/2 a mile from the A92, and only 40 meteres from a bus stop. We are situated in the rural village of Coaltown of Balgonie.

3 double bedrooms all with En-suite and the family with a private bathroom. The facilities in the rooms consist of a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, Satelite tv, hairdryier and complimentary toiletries.

Our Scottish breakfast is renowned for its quality and quantity, indeed some of our guests say that it is one of the best in Scotland. If we are given notice we can cater for any special diet.

We welcome all nationalities. Indeed we have had Guests from Australia, Canada, Pakistan, Iraq, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, Austria, and Japan to name but a few.
