Totally Non Smoking and personally run by proprietors Peter and Fiona Flynn, a warm welcome is always assured at the Airlie Guest House. The Airlie is a popular and well established 3 Star bed and breakfast situated in the Newington area of Edinburgh. Located on an excellent bus route with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes, we are only one mile from Princes Street. Our aim is to offer our Guests comfortable accommodation at competitive rates, A variety of bedrooms are available including, single, double, twin, triple and family. Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have their own wash basin, colour television with freeview, tea / coffee making facilities, adjustable central heating and secondary glazing. We also have a payphone for Guests use. You are welcome to use our free Wireless hotspot should you have your laptop with you or alternatively our computer with broadband internet access which is available between 8am and 10pm daily. Within walking distance of the Guest House are a number of eating establishments which offer a wide variety of cuisines to suit almost every taste. For those Guests who have a car we have a large private car at the rear of the property making the Airlie an ideal base for visitors, business people and tradesmen alike.

If the period is 2 days or less prior to arrival - the full amount will be deducted. No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount
